2. Payment Terms

All payments are required in full before any work begins. No services will be initiated, scheduled, or delivered until payment has been received and confirmed.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the scope of services outlined and authorize Nickel SEO to begin work accordingly.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including time, strategy, and resource allocation, Nickel SEO does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once payment has been made.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• SEO services
• AI optimization services
• Content creation
• Consulting or strategy sessions

Clients understand that results from SEO and AIO services may vary and are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
• Respond to requests for materials or approvals in a timely manner
• Grant necessary access to websites, platforms, or accounts when required

Delays in providing required information may impact timelines and results.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Nickel SEO uses industry best practices and proven strategies. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.

Search engine algorithms and AI-driven platforms are constantly evolving, and results may vary based on competition, market conditions, and other external factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and content created by Nickel SEO remain the intellectual property of Nickel SEO until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.

Nickel SEO reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nickel SEO shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Changes in search engine rankings due to algorithm updates or third-party actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Termination of Services

Nickel SEO reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms
• Lack of communication or cooperation
• Misuse of services

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.

9. Modifications to Terms

Nickel SEO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
